We will take photos or videos during manufacturing every two weeks to keep you updated on the order status. Once the goods are completed, we will provide detailed photos or videos for inspection. You are also welcome to visit our factory to perform inspections in person.

Yes, if required, we can send our installation engineer to your factory to assist with installation and testing. You will need to provide round-trip tickets and accommodation for our engineer. The extra salary rate of an installation engineer is 200 USD/day.

All materials we use come with material certifications. Before any piece of equipment leaves our factory, it goes through a complete quality and assurance control inspection to ensure it meets all specifications and is in proper working order before delivery.

We will send you photos of your order being loaded into the shipping container at the factory. The shipping container generally leaves the port 3-4 days after loading. We will send you a bill of lading and a final statement of account within one week of that time. The bill of lading includes container numbers so you can track the shipping.
